About Us

Danielle Witherington

Danielle is an illustrator with a passion for bold colors, rich patterns, and whimsical details. She believes every child deserves stories that inspire curiosity and joy. A cognitive educational therapist by profession and an illustrator by passion, she enjoys creating illustrations that encourage children to dream big, ask questions, and embrace their unique gifts. She lives in Lexington, Kentucky, with her family and is grateful for every opportunity to use her gifts to encourage young readers.

Cynthia Jones

Cynthia has spent more than 30 years working with students and their families first on the university campus, then later as a national board-certified English teacher in public school, and more recently as a licensed professional counselor. She lives in Lexington, Kentucky, with her husband where they raised their three sons. She enjoys cooking, playing with her miniature dachshund, and making memories with her new grandson. She hopes the book will help children look at bugs with new and tender eyes as they see not only the insects’ value but their own immense value to God as well.
